Auto-Calibrate
Press the 'Auto-Calibrate' button to have Pinnacle read the current position of the device's joysticks and use those values for the neutral positions.
Restore Defaults
Press the 'Restore Defaults' button to have Pinnacle restore the default values for the device's neutral positions. This will set the values to the exact center position for each joystick.
Neutral Position Adjust
The 2 boxes to the right of each joystick label contain the values of the neutral positions (horizontal and vertical) for that joystick. Pinnacle must know the neutral position (center) of a joystick so that it can determine which direction you are pushing the joystick, based on the coordinates returned to the system. If your controller is not returning accurate coordinates while in the neutral position, then you may need to recalibrate the neutral positions of your device's joysticks.
Notes and Tips
Most controllers generally work best when using the exact center coordinates (usually 32767).
