Is Pinnacle not accepting your key?

Use PinnacleUpdate to make sure that you are using the latest version of the software, then try entering the key again.  This solves the issue for most users.  If that doesn't work, then This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it of what you have entered (press the F10 key on your keyboard before taking the screenshot to un-hide the password field).  We'll take a look to see if we can spot any problems.
