I want to send multiple keys at the same time, like CTRL+A for instance, how do I do that?
As explained in the answer above, when you use a 'Key Down' step it will keep the keyboard key held until a 'Key Up' step is fired. So to send CTRL+A to your computer, you would use "Key Down CTRL" followed by "Key Press A" and then finally "Key Up CTRL", this way the CTRL key goes down while Pinnacle sends the message for the other key. There are several ways to setup this sort of command, but this is the easiest and most common way.
