Must I own a license to participate in the beta?

No.  If you have never tried Pinancle Game Profiler before, the you may evaluate the beta under the same conditions as we provide a 30 day trial of the stable release (though you should not expect the same stability and problem-free experience).  In other words, from a licensing standpoint, we don't treat the beta any differently than the standard software.
