This profile is compatible with any standard PC Gamepad, Xbox 360 Controller, Playstation (PS4, PS3, PSX), or any similar devices
I thought I would contribute since I made this for myself. Here is my profile for MediaPortal, not a game but I know many who use it in their home theatre setup. This works with 1.7 but will most likely work with the others. This profile uses the default keyboard bindings.

What does each button do?:

Navigation: D-Pad
Enter/Select Item: A Button
Pause/Resume: Start
Stop Playback: Back
Show info: X Button
Rewind: L Trigger
Fast Forward: R Trigger
Home Screen: Guide Button
Switch between GUI and Fullscreen: Y Button
Blu-Ray/DVD root menu: L Shoulder
Action menu (subtitles, aspect ratio, audio, add to playlist, etc.): R Shoulder

At the moment, the Analog sticks are not used. While I feel the above profile does everything I need to do in MediaPortal, if you have any suggestions, perhaps I can add some commands to the Analog sticks.
