I made a profile for this game that seems to work real well. I made this using my xbox 360 controller. The controls are as follows
Left joystick & Dpad are movement
Left bumper is use bombs
Right bumper is use item
Right joystick click is for pills/cards use
A,B,X,Y are shoot in its respective direction
right joystick is mouse
left trigger is mouse right click
right trigger is mouse left click
back button is toggle fullscreen/window
start button is escape

Made this using a friends computer so although i havent extensively tested this configuration my friend tells me its perfect for the game and for as long as i tested it it seems to be real good.
