This is a controller scheme for Team Fortress 2 with roots in the xbox setup and based upon the Xbox 360 controller

Right Trigger - Fire Primary
Left Trigger - Fire Secondary
A button - Jump
B Button - Reload
X Button - Taunt
Y Button - Display Scores
Right Bumper - Next Weapon
Left Bumper - Previous Weapon
Start Button - Change Team
Back Button - Change Class
Right Thumbstick Click - Call Medic
Left Thumbstick Click - Crouch
The D-PAD Left, Down, Right equate to 1,2,3 respectively
D-PAD up is a shift that allows the Back and Start button are used for accessing the backpack and pause menu
