I feel a little weird submitting a profile for a game that's got built-in joypad support, but there were a few things I just couldn't do with the built-in configurator.
I've included a profile for the Xbox 360 controller, 'cuz it's great.
Use R to accelerate, L to go in reverse, A and B as Fire1 and Fire2, Y to call the Aegis, X to use the tractor beam, and the left joystick to rotate your ship.
You can also use the D-pad to manipulate the menus and to pilot the ship.
