Fix controller support for "Portal 2"

An update to errol's profile, I fixed the weird pausing glitch where you have to tap the start button sometimes to pause. I also remapped some of the controls around based on a more comfortable feel



I also mapped the gesture menu to the Dpad on the controller since it feels more natural that way. To simply use it you have to press up on the D pad to get the userface (coop only) then use the right stick to navigate to the command you want to use. When Highlighted simply press up on the D pad and the action will be performed( note when the gesture menu is opened you cannot move around since the game is build around that when the gesture menu is opened).
