Leave all settings in controls as default, and disable Controller feature with "killswitchsetup.exe"
NOTE: Go directly to game directory e.g. "C:\Program Files\KillSwitch\KILLSWITCH.EXE" via PGP and the game would execute when launched from PGP rather than using "killswitchsetup.exe" default desktop shortcut.
