To change stance in G.R.A.W. simply hold down the right joystick button while moving the left joystick up or down depending on the desired stance.

Use the up and down D-pad keys to switch your team member selection and also to change your selection in the cross-com menu interface.

Update: Full Screen Cross-Com is now assigned to the Y button on the 360 controller.
