Fix controller support for "Fable: The Lost Chapters"

here is my profile for Fable designed for the 360 controller. hope it helps.

Be sure to keep All in game controls set to there defaults you can adjust the mouse speed to suite your preference.
for the xbox 360 controller, To use the context sensitive commands hold the left shoulder button and press eather Joystick buttons X,Y,B, depending on what command you want to use.

1, This profile was made for the XBOX 360 controller.

2, You should make sure you have the latest version of PGP.

3, This profile does NOT use default in-game controls.
This is required to make the profile work properly.
You will need to use the default WASD setup (not
the Arrow key setup) then make the following changes
in the 'redefine keys' options.

a, Change the 'ATTACK' command from 'LEFT
MOUSE BUTTON' to 'LEFT CTRL' key.

b, Change the 'RUN' command from 'RIGHT MOUSE
BUTTON' to 'RIGHT SHIFT' key.

c, Change the 'Take Photojournal Photo' from 'Print
Screen' key to the 'P' key. Fable will not accept
an emulated print screen signal (only from the KB)

OTHER NOTES

Tapping the left joystick button while holding the shift button
will take a standard screenshot (with H.U.D. in the background)
Holding it down for 1/2 a sec. then releasing will take a
screenshot without the H.UD.

To avoid conflicting commands on the world map screen.
Move the mouse cursor into the circle area to scroll the map.
To scroll the info box without scrolling the map,zoom in or out
& continue holding that trigger down.

Holding the B button down will keep the camera behind you
while moving with the left stick.

An alternative mbutton left was added to d-pad left to help with
dragging & dropping items to the hot-bar (or to move scroll
bars with the mouse)

While in spellmode, d-pad up & down will scroll spells, BUT...
you can also press attack to scroll, good for scrolling on the go.

The sensitivity & invert settings were left at defaults. I usually
adjust the in-game settings. However, the deadzone on the H-axis
for the left joystick has been raised to 35%, this makes it easier to
navigate the menu.

Let me know if you have problems/questions/suggestions
or criticism. I've put an lot of work into this & I think it works pretty
good. I'll update this if I come up with anything better.

with the release of Fable 3, I thought I might try the original Fable, Then I found it had no pad support. Here is my Fable profile. The controls are similar to the Xbox version, but optimised for the pc. The Menus are a bit of a pain to browse around sorry.

Notes

When In Blue-Shift The face Buttons will become spells as Spell Mode is also activated when RT is pressed

Hot Bar key 9 is Not assigned as it is usually Guild Seal which can be used anyway

The Point in Red-Shift is so you can attack and aim at the same time (for ranged weapon) Hold LT to use RT as Attack.

i made a xbox 360 controller profile for fable tlc because i didnt like any of the uploaded ones and i decided to upload it for anyone who wishes to use it
its setup for the default wasd fable controls

Here is a rather advanced profile for the PC version of Fable. It uses the Fable WASD standard command set, and the commands in the profile are labeled like they are in the Fable users manual, so you should be able to figure out which button does what. It was designed for a standard PS2-style gamepad but I'm sure that it will work on others.

I checked out a couple of user made profiles and didn't find anything to my liking. So I made my own. As close to the xbox versions controls as possible. Of course if anyone has attempted a profile for this game that isn't possible. Anything after the Slash [ / ] means hold for 0.3 seconds to activate that effect.

Some creativity was necessary to get some features working. Such as the bow's zoom feature. While holding Attack [X] press the Zoom button [Normally a right click, which in this case is B], then use the right analog stick to move around, and hold the [A] button to zoom in. Which case the longer you hold the closer the zoom. Using the left analogs directions to zoom out. It all sounds very complicated, but after using it, you will find it's very easy and affective.
