Fix controller support for "Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare"

This is a complete Profile for call of duty 4 using a Xbox 360 controller.
This profile includes a command shift button (left bumper) Make sure you view the button configurations for both unshifted & shifted.

I will post a screen shot of the button layout soon.

Tips on this profile:
To hold your breath while aiming with sniper Press and Hold the left Bumper (Command shift button) AND then Press and hold Left Trigger.

Pushing The Movement Joy Stick Forward over 95% will make the Player automaticly Sprint.

Pushing The Movement Joy Stick Forward Over 95% while laying Prone will Make the player get up quickly and run from a crawl.

Leaning left or right is toggled, Press either the Left or Right Joystick down once to begin leaning, and click it again to exit the Lean mode. Note: If after leaning your player will not run/sprint: this is because you are still in lean mode, Simply click the stick down again to stop leaning in that direction.

Every single and multi player Command is included in the drop down list, simply select any key command from the list to move it to any other button.

PLEASE NOTE:
UPDATED 11/19/07 : Just finished setting Sens & deadzone to defaults.

I would suggest that you set the In game mouse sensitivity slider (Under control Options/ Look) to 1/8th only if you have the 1st quicker version of this profile otherwise leave at default setting.

For all people who have the gamepad Acteck AGJ - 3200... this profile is based with the official of this web, but i made some changes because i have problem with the "atack" function... Saludos!

Fully Functional, Exactly the same as PS3 version of the game. (Moderator's edit: This is preconfigured for all Class Alpha controllers.)

Note,
The controls do feel a little bit more sensitive than the PS3 version, it feels strange for the first 10 mins of gameplay, then you get used to it.
