Fix controller support for "Angry Birds"

This may look like a weird thing for you, not many people know that but every version of Angry Birds has an official PC port, and quite a good port.
The only problem with that port - total lack of gamepad support.

I've done quick and dirty, but quite effective and comfortable Pinnalce profile for any Angry birds games.

First some PC controls:

The Basics
◦Left-click to select (aka, tap)
◦Left-click & Hold to drag
◦Click the screen to trigger special abilities (blue bird split, yellow bird speed blast, etc.)
◦Move the cursor to the left and right of the screen to scroll the level from side to side.

The Not-So-Obvious
◦Scroll wheel or, if you’re using a trackpad, pinch gesture Zooms In & Out
◦Alt + Enter (Windows) or ⌘ – F (Command + F) on your keyboard enters windowed mode (i.e. exits fullscreen) — do it again to go back to fullscreen.
◦If using a trackpad a three finger swipe brings up the pause / restart menu (thanks, Richard)
◦F5 to restart a level (thanks, Alvin)
◦ESC while in a level brings up the menu, but while on the home screen it’ll prompt you exit the game.
◦‘P’ pauses the level
◦‘R’ restarts the level
◦For Golden Eggs that require a tap, just substitute a click instead.
◦Spoiler! to open the treasure chest and get the Golden Egg on level 1-8 type “Open” after clicking on the chest (some say you have to keep your mouse over the chest while typing)

About profile:

D-pad and left stick - Arrow keys - navigate in menu and move level in any direction

Right stick - mouse cursor

A - accept\advance in menu
B - decline\go back in menu

Left\Right bumpers - zoom-in\out or scroll menu items in both directions

Back - restart level
Start - pause level

LT - right mouse click - hold to drag background
RT - left mouse click - hold and drag bird \ release to let it fly, click again to use bird power.

Thats it, plays quit well with gamepad and feels like a native support (much better than PSP version had). Sensitivity was fine-tuned by me and for me, but if its too slow or too fast for you, feel free to edit profile.

P.S. - if you never seen PC version, google for official site and grab there demo shareware versions which could be converted into full just for 5$ each (20$ for 4 great games). Also if you have not enough levels, you can google for "angry birds pc mapping" and grab some user made levels and level editors.
