Here is a profile for Blizzard classic RTS, StarCraft.
This profile actually works quite well due to being able to move the mouse cursor with the Left analog stick and move the entire screen with the Right analog stick.
Command groups can be assigned using the Assign Command Group key plus the d-pad buttons or analog stick buttons for a total of six command groups.
Another interesting features include being able to move the mouse instantly between the Ability Buttons of a unit/structure and then back to the middle of the screen, allowing for quicker access of each units abilities. Due to StarCraft's fixed resolution this should work on all computers but may require tinkering.
This profile was created on a Logitech Cordless Rumplepad2.
