author's profile notes
This profile is compatible with any standard PC Gamepad, Xbox 360 Controller, Playstation (PS4, PS3, PSX), or any similar devices
Here is a profile for Painkiller Overdose.
For xbox 360 & all other similar devices.
Commands grouped as they are in the game.
Includes the following extra commands not used in the configuration...
Cycle command - Toggle Scoreboard
Double Command - Toggle Scoreboard/Quick Load
Double Command - Menu/Quick Save

I recommend setting the mouse wheel sensitivity to 3 in painkillers control options so that the next/prev. weapon commands will work properly.

Enjoy

EDIT: Forgot to mention that there are 2 axis commands (not assigned)
for 'Fire' & 'Alt Fire' that you can use in case your like me & have a problem with brushing up against the triggers & accidentally firing commands.
