I've made some changes to my previous profile, I confirmed that the 360 headset does work but you'll have to register it with whatever program you use on your computer.
The booklet says to click start and then run (or Win + R) and type in, soundrecorder or type in mmsys.cpl (the mmsys is what I had to use) and press enter. You should then be able to configure it, I have to talk louder with my 360 headset on the PC version than the 360 version (yes I have both).
If your unsure if it is working type sndrec32 (in the Run option under start) and use the record option. Anyways, enough about that. As for the controls, well they closely match the 360 controller, I made a few minor modifications, such as the LB (I switched it with RB for online voice chat with other players and changed RB to the Advanced Ability, not special ability).

Controls, you can check them in the program but I figured some of you are lazy or would rather see them here so...

A-Primary Action (Such as Moving a Unit to a Specific Location)
B-Retreat/Evacuate (Hold to Evacuate)
Y-Special Ability
X-Hotswap Camera
LB-Voice Chat (Multiplayer)
RB-Advanced Ability
Back-SITREP
Start-In-Game Menu
RT-Voice Command (In-Game Commands)
LT-Select Multiple Units
Left Joystick Button-Reset Camera
Right Joystick Button-Zoom
Left Joystick-Move Camera (Move Around Unit)
Right Joystick-Move Camera (Look Around)
D-Pad Up-Force Attack
D-Pad Left-Select Units (Same as the 360 version)
D-Pad Down-Halt
D-Pad Right-Select Units (Selects Units in Opposite Direction of D-Pad Left)

Like I said I have made minor modifications to the controls, nothing major. As for selecting WMD's and such you can either use voice commands or the mouse. I will try and find a way to do it with the controller but I doubt I can; if I do, I will update this post with the new controls. Anyways, I have tested the controls and they work fine. Let me know if you like it and if any modifications need to be made feel free to tell me.

Tom Clancy's: End War

I could not of figured out how to remove the mouse cursor make it seleted thru left and right. So you will be controlling the mouse cursor with the right thumb stick. Enjoy for the most part!
This is an Endwar profile, it should be the current one I use, the setup should be accurate. To use the hotswap feature you have to put the mouse of the unit, with the controller joystick and double tap X for it to work.
