Fix controller support for "S.W.A.T. 4"

The following profile is now available to download with PinnacleUpdate. The related PIN file has also been attached if you need to manually import.

Although this profile uses the default settings in the game, it is recommended that you go into SWAT4's options menu and set the 'Run/Walk' action to the keyboard key 'G' so that the 'Run/Walk' command can work properly in the profile. (normally 'Run/Walk' is unassigned in SWAT4)
