Profile for Supreme Commander 2.

This profile is optimized for the UEF, though I find playing through the main campaign to be no problem with all 3 races.

I would imagine that a different configuration could be made for each of the 3 races, but I didn't put THAT much time into this profile... maybe someone else could pick up the ball here and run with it if they wanted to.

Also fyi - this is my first profile ... so go easy on me please!
