Here is the config i made and been using for a while in NWN2 with a 360 controller my setup use pinnacle Shift on R Shoulder
L JOYSTICK = Camera control
R JOYSTICK = Mouse
L TRIGGER = Mouse Look
R TRIGGER = Default Action (left click)
here i will list unshifted then shifted action (if apply)
D-PAD UP = Select Party member 1 : Scroll Up
D-PAD Right = Select Party Member 2
D-PAD Left = Select Party Member 3
D-PAD Down = Select Party Member 4 : Scroll Down
A = Default Action (left click) : Inventory
B = Right Click : Character sheet
X = Select Next Target : Spell Book
Y = Pause : Journal
L Shoulder = Quick Spell List : Rest
Back = Map
Start = Game Menu : QuickSave
L Joystick Btn : Camera Mode
R Joystick Btn : See Loot and usable object (Z)
using this i only had to use keyboard to enter the name for a save game.
For those wondering why i have left click on 2 button A and Right Trigger it's for 1 reason. i like it on A while playing and only had it on A for a while until i tryed to move something around in my inventory . i had to Key pressing A while moving the R Joystick and that is quite anoying so i added it to the right trigger for inventory purpose.
Enjoy.
P.S. : it would be nice if pinnacle would let biding of the Shift function to a trigger.
