I ended up creating a profile that i find decent enough to play. I made it for the xbox 360 controller.
In Menu:
Right Joystick = Mouse control
RB = Select
In Game:
Movement ............. L Joystick
Camera ................ R Joystick
Reload/Kick ........... A
Flash Badge ........... B
Pistol Whip ............. X
Action .................... Y
Sprint ..................... LB
Aim ........................ R Joystick BTN
Crouch ................... LT
Jump ...................... RT
Fire ......................... RB
Holster Weapon ........ Down DPAD
Prev. Weapon ........... Left DPAD
