Here is a profile for one and two players on one controller
Hi all,
I don't know if anyone is interested, but I have figured out how to get Lego Star Wars to work with the XBOX 360 controller...
If you are out there and trying this combination you will notice you always get Z1-UP or another of the Z axes as the choice if you use the built in interface and try to customize the controller settings.
As mentioned in other threads Pinnacle can't stop the signals from a controller - yet. So, you have to work on getting the game to ignore them.
The solution (I would do this WITHOUT Pinnacle running) is to "break" LSW by going into "Controller Configuration" and while in there, unplug your XBOX 360. LSW will "think" for a minute and then remove the controller-specific options, putting them back to their letter assignments. The next time you enter the game, the 360 will not be recognized.
Then you can use the attached PIN file to setup Pinnacle, and viola!
I have set up the commands as I remember them from the XBOX version of the game. I even added Rumble effects like the XBOX version. Since the PC version uses only 4 directions, I only mapped to the D-PAD.
I've been playing for a while and the gameplay is smooth, the characters respond really fast, it's great!
Hope this helps someone. Pinnacle is great!
