Here is an xbox 360 profile for Indigo Prophecy/Fahrenheit (same game, different names)...
NOTE: You have to squeeze the right trigger when you make the joystick movements with the right analog stick.

This profile looks simple, but I put quite some effort in it to have a
smooth experience. I tried many different ways and came up with this
configuration. I feel it comes most close to the built-in gampad control
(if that would work with the right stick).
Prerequisitions

This is how the XBOX360 Controler works in the game:
Normal Mode

[*]Move your Character with the left joystick.
[LIST]
[*]no other buttons are needed, both mouse buttons are pressed automatically when moving the stick.
[*]Move the stick far up to run.
[*]Move the stick a bit down to center camera behind the character.
[*]Move the stick way down to turn arround and auto-center the camera.

[*]Alternative you can also move with the D-Pad and run with the A-Button
[*]Look arround with the right joystick.

For action sequences (those with the two colored circels) hold the left trigger and then use both joysticks while still pressing the left trigger.

Press and hold the right shoulder button to switch to Navigation mode.
