Fix controller support for "Hitman: Codename 47"

The following profile is now available to download with PinnacleUpdate. The related PIN file has also been attached if you need to manually import.


-- IMPORTANT NOTES --
To make this game easier to play with a gamepad, you should send the "Toggle Camera" command to lock the camera to the mouse pointer. You can do this by pressing the F4 key on your keyboard or assigning "Toggle Camera Mode" to one of the buttons on your gamepad. 'PGP-Hitman K' is the only configuration setup for the standard camera mode, but it may be more difficult for some players to use than the others.

I dislike the Official Profile so i made this. This is as good as we are going to get for such an old game that never came out for consoles.

This requires Pinnacle v5+ and i strongly recommend deleting the official profile if you have it installed.

This profile however is not perfect and is in beta stages.
