Here's a 3 mode profile for FFXIV using the xbox 360 controller, setup so you can use the
skill slots and macros without having to step through them with the d-pad.

This setup is for the default keyboard layout, the actual key presses sent by the profile
are shown in the brackets. In the FFXIV gamepad setup you can set the control sticks for
movement/camera and the d-pad for menu navigation, but leave everything else blank.

main mode:

start = open menu [HOME]
back = open map [M]

x = accept [ENTER]
a = cancel [ESCAPE]
b = cycle through targets [TAB]
y = battle regimen [G]

left stick button = target lock-on [C]
right stick button = switch between 1st/2nd person camera [V]

left trigger = targets nearest enemy [F10]
right trigger = uses a special command, hold the button to bring up the item menu ,
when you release it will send [ESCAPE] to close the item menu

left shoulder:
tap = toggle autorun [R]
hold down = shift mode 1

right shoulder:
tap = toggle between passive and battle ready stance [F]
hold down = shift mode 2

For the shift modes, accept [ENTER] is temporarily re-assigned to the start button so you
don't have to keep switching back to the un-shifted mode to hit the x button. Also, to
use the macros, you will need to hit the shift-mode button first, then the left or right
triggers to bring up the macro menus.

shift mode 1 (left 5 skillslots/macros):

start = accept [ENTER]

left trigger = [CTRL] macro list
right trigger = [ALT] macro list

x = [1]
a = [2]
b = [3]
y = [4]
right shoulder = [5]

shift mode 2 (right 5 skillslots/macros):

start = accept [ENTER]

left trigger = [CTRL] macro list
right trigger = [ALT] macro list

x = [6]
a = [7]
b = [8]
y = [9]
left shoulder = [0]
