Fix controller support for "Civilization IV"

This is my first profile of hopfully many, I hope i did everything right and many find this useful or i'd be happy if anyone finds this useful. well enough chat...

This is a profile i made for me to easily play Civilization IV, it has many of the keyboard shortcuts needed and some which are included but i do not use here is my basic controls set up:

Sure Pinnacle works great for shooters and action games, but now it also works incredibly well for strategy games too. The thing I always hated about strategy games is that you had to play with the keyboard and mouse and memorize a bunch of keyboard shortcuts. Well those days are gone. This profile not only works, but it works quite intuitively if I do say so myself. Now you can kick back, relax, and take over the world without ever having to touch the keyboard or mouse again. All of the basic commands are here, as well as a bunch of the more complex/useful commands. Hope you like it.
