Here's one game that really benefits from a good gamepad mapping. This profile tries to be a faithful implementation of the XBOX controls, and also contains a variant control set that makes the camera mode easier to use. See following posts for diagrams and implementation notes.

This profile is meant to be used with the default game controls. Note that the game will often show onscreen indicators referring to keyboard and mouse buttons. Here's a guide for what's where (the alternative after the slash is for the variant control set):

LMB: A button / Right trigger
RMB: X button / Left trigger
W/S/A/D: Left thumbstick
E: B button
Q: Right shoulder / Y button
Spacebar (in menu): Y button / X button
Spacebar (in world): Right trigger / Right shoulder
TAB: Back button
ESC: Start button
