Fix controller support for "Battlefield 1942"

The following profile is now available to download with PinnacleUpdate. The related PIN file has also been attached if you need to manually import.


-- IMPORTANT NOTES --
Change 'Toggle MouseLook' from LEFT SHIFT to LEFT CTRL on the 'Air' tab of the control screen, otherwise you may have trouble flying when using the 'Move (walk/run)' joystick command.
