6.0.0 Release Notes

Version 6.0.0 is the culmination of many new features that have been recently added over the past few versions and also includes a few key new features itself. Most notably, the new profile template system that will allow users to quickly configure their controllers for the most common setups used by games today.  New users can install this latest version by downloading the standard setup package. ·Users with existing installations can upgrade to this latest version by clicking PinnacleUpdate within the software or by using the manual update package.

Instructions for Manually Updating

  1. Download the manual update package.
  2. Be sure that Pinnacle Game Profiler is not running.
  3. From the manual update package (zip archive), copy pinnacle.exe and ksMediaSrc.dll to your installation folder, overwriting the existing files.
  4. Start Pinnacle to complete the update.
  5. After Pinnacle has started, press the F4 keyboard key to verify your version is 6.0.0 on the "About Pinnacle" screen.
