Fully Functional, Controls exactly the same as PS2 Version of the game.

Although this game is getting old now, I thought I'd share some advice. For the best controller input (I use an Xbox 360 controller), delete or rename "Joysticks.ini" and "JoystickDefaults.ini" from your install directory (I use Steam, so mine would be "D:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Splintercell Chaos Theory\System") This erases the bindings for the joystick in-game, leaving only the analog inputs (which are perfect). Then I use the above profile, with both sticks set to "No Mapping" (and a few button tweaks)-- and voila! Flawless controller support.
