i have the software and i went to import the profile but a message that says it cant be imported keeps popping up how do i fix this?

Try running PinnacleUpdate to get any avaiable updates... if you continue to have trouble then start a new thread in Help & Tech Support section of the forum.

Hey, sorry if this has been asked before I didn't want to read every page to try to find the answer. I did what you said in the instructions but when I load the game nothing happens, it wont let me use my controller. I tried making my own profile and even that didn't work. Also when I have the "bUse Joystick=0" set to "bUse Joystick=1" i'm able to use the triggers to move the camera and the left joystick to move my character but none of the other buttons work. I had the controller working with my own settings but I had to uninstall pinnacle because I moved it to a external hard drive and since I reinstalled it it hasn't worked.

As mentioned in the instructions, you should set that value to "bUse Joystick=0"... there is no reason to set that to 1 if you intend to you PGP with the game. If the profile is not responding, then try going to GAME PROFILES > EIDT and enable the "launch as persistent proifle" setting... if you continue to have trouble then make a new thread in the tech support section of the forum.

i had the same problem as the guy with the last post. After i change it to 0 and i made sure the controlls were default, i go in the game and the controller doesnt work. it says that i dont even have a joystick connected.. the last post said to go to GAME PROFILES > EDIT but i dont know were to locate GAME PROFILES.

Also i have the Game of the Year edition which i bought off of steam could these be the issue?
I dont think that i have the GAME PROFILES available because i downloaded it off of steam and that might be why. I installed the game crysis from a disk and i have GAME PROFILES for that game but i cant find one for oblivion

Hello people, im completely new to this site, and was wondering the process for installing a downloaded profile which is in zip, ive just downloaded the one on here for oblivion but im not 100% sure how to install it. Any help would be appreciated.
