    Arrow Mass Effect

Here is a profile for Mass Effect created for the Xbox 360 controller and most other similar Game pads

    =============================================Notes==================================================

The navigation control, Mapped to the left analog button, has the potential to become out of sync
with the game. The effect of this would be the run and walk would become reversed. I have carefully
Positioned the interface so that this feature will remain stable. For instance, the tactics HUD can
cause the Navigation to get out of sync if you press it while moving forward. To discourage this, I
have put the tactics HUD on the back button so you will be encouraged to take your thumb of the analog
stick in order to press it. I have not been able to purposely make the control get out of sync but
it did happen one time during the course of making this profile when the game glitched on me, so it
could happen. if it does get out of sync simply press the Z keyboard Key to fix it.

I have modified the Vehicle Thrusters command so that when pressed it will help keep your vehicle's
forward momentum. This was done because the positioning of the vehicle Thrusters command requires you
to take your thumb off the analog stick that controls vehicle Navigation, causing you to slow down.

I have Mapped the toggle quick slots command to the X button to simplify the usage of the quick slots
but to use them you still have to press the keyboard keys designated for the individual quick slots.
These commands don't appear to be necessary to play the game and It just wasn't very practical to try
and include them in the profile at this point.

Very nice work, cid... this profile works great. I dont think we'll ever get native support, I believe the stability of this one is going to be the best were going to get. Kudos!

I never experienced this but I have heard of others having this problem as well. it seems to be a fault in the games controls and not related to pinnacle.

I'm afraid that this is currently as good as you can get and you are going to just have to make do. sorry.

You can try to start the game with the controller unplugged, then plug in your controller. That worked for another user with this problem.

Go to GAME PROFILES > EDIT CONFIGURATIONS and you should be able to tell what each button does from there... if the buttons are not performing the action that it says there... you probably need to go into the game's options menu and "restore defaults" so that everything matches up with the profile you downloaded.

    Question Mass Effect

ditto - the layout seems to lack a "throw grenades" button ( R on keyboard). So something else will have to be removed in ofer for this to have its own button ?

I am thinking free up one of the shoulder buttons for this , e.g. assign L shoulder for grenades, R shoulder to cycle all weapons or as a double: press = next weapon, hold = previous weapon

I actually decided to play this on my 360 so I didn't play to much with this profile I think I may have thought the grenade was selected with the next/previous weapon command. was this not the case? perhaps I simply over looked it.

I don't want to install this game and I don't like you first suggestions but keep em coming. if something sounds good I'll look into it. in the mean time I'll think about this issue.
