can I get pinnacle to work with iracing?

Hello,

I just got an iracing membership. The best controller I have to play it is an xbox 360 controller. iracing doesn't have very good controller configuration options so I found pinnacle game profiler to hopefully allow me to tune my xbox 360 controller to play iracing.

I have a plug-and-play wireless adapter that I use to connect the xbox controller to my PC. Pinnacle appears to recognize the gamepad. I set the deadzone and sensitivy levels in pinnacle but when I fire up iracing, it doesn't appear that any of the deadzones or settings I saved are working. My controller is still functional in game but it's hyper sensitive and hardly useable like it was before I tired pinnacle.

Did I miss a step? I did set iracing as a profile and even launch the website through pinnacle. Perhaps I'll have to get a racing wheel in the future but for now I'd like to be able to play iracing with my xbox controller.

Try going to GAME PROFILES > EDIT and on the Advanced tab you should "install game hook" to see if that resolves the problem.

Yea, tried that. you have to go to their website to launch the game. I use pinnacle to launch the website but it doesnt work when the game starts.

Ive tried launching pinnacle straight from the iracing.exe but it wont let me start without having been signed in. even tho I'm singed in on a browser thats already open..

For this Online game to play via PGP from your web browser you must already have the game started from your browser. Choose the web browser that you use and drop it into PGP's Shortcut Dropzone and let PGP launch the game from within the browser. I used Opera web browser which is my default browser to play this game. Just keep in mind when you launch the browser via PGP it will open a new tab depending on the browser you're using and the way you got it setup. Just close off the new tab and PGP will emulate the game from when you started it earlier.
