so I got a new gaming mouse, with 15 programmable buttons, only to find that the software for it is absolute crap. several options don't even work, programming buttons is unnecessarily complicated, etc. etc. I checked online, and pretty much everyone else with this mouse has the same issues. Corsair seems to understand that there are problems, but don't seem to be doing much to fix them, considering the software has been updated, but the problems are still there.

If Pinnacle Profiler were to add support for this mouse, as well as other gaming mice, it would solve this problem not only for me, but for hundreds of thousands of other gaming mouse users, every one of which would then become a new potential customer.
