Pinnacle Game Profiler Error

Hi !! I've beem trying to play Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare, Modern Warfare 2 and Modern Warfare 3 on my pc with a gamepad. So i came across this software and it really fits my needs. I've been using it for three days and it was working fine. I used today and it started giving me an error. I tried reinstalling and deleting the folders from the application data folder bt stil it didn't work. It showed an error bout some ActiveX file cannot be created or something i can't remember it properly. Plz hw do i slove this issue.

Please go to START MENU > RUN and enter: %APPDATA%\PowerUp Software\Pinnacle Game Profiler\ then ZIP all the files and folders there and send them to support@pinnaclegameprofiler.com
