PGP Not installing correctly.

Hey Rob/Errol,
I recently had to re-install windows due to a crash/virus and I am attempting to put PGP back on my PC but so far I have been unable to do so. After five times of "install/restart" & "uninstall/restart" plus the removal of the registry entries, I've decided to ask for some help. I'm downloading/installing the file from the homepage of PGP http://pinnaclegameprofiler.com/files/pinnacle-setup.exe.

After restarting windows, PGP seems to load but I get this window: 2012-07-20_0810.jpg When I press F4 to bring up the "About Pinnacle" dialog box to input my registration information, nothing happens. I then click "OK" and the window closes. When I click the PGP desktop icon again, I then get this window: 2012-07-20_0826.png At this point is when I start the uninstall process including the deletion of the registry files after restarting Windows. I've done this process five times now with no change in the outcome. These are the files/folders located in my "%APPDATA%\PowerUp Software\Pinnacle Game Profiler\" folder: 2012-07-20_0825.jpg I will also send a zipped copy of this folder to support. Thank You.
