    Upgrading from v. 4.6

    I have an OLD version of PGP, v. 4.6, and I would like to upgrade to the latest as my purchase allowed me to. Thing is, using Win7, I can't open the program to get to a point where I can upgrade. What can I do?

    You can download the previous latest version here then do a full installation. After that you can go directly to PGP's main window at top and do a PinnacleUpdate, or you can do a manual update and follow all enclosed instructions.
