Double tap W when TILT is over 85%

Hi there, I'm trying to make a Minecraft controller profile and I want my character to sprint when my left stick is TILTED OVER 85%.
The command in minecraft if a fast "w" tap, you can't easily edit this command in Minecraft (I'd probably have to install mods which makes me incapable of playing it's latest versions).

    So my question is:
When I edit my Joystick WASD and go to advanced > TILT OVER 85% > commands > I can only select regular commands, I want to add 2x "w" tap.
When trying to make a command I can't figure out how to make a double "w" tap aswell.

    Help is appreciated,

What you do is go into the Edit Commands (press F5 to open that window) and make a command and name it Sprint > WW twice (add W twice to your command) and when you go to joystick commands tilted over 85% which you chose you can add that command to the Tilt over ?% in the Advanced window.

Thanks again with the quick explanation, I didn't know that if you put W twice in a regular command it accepts it. :P

I've tried stuff around a bit, but for some reason it doesn't register as a double "w" tap.
I tried the press repeat option in the commands, I tried the record function. And also I don't know what to put on release.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------
I want to be able to walk but if I press my stick over 85% I want it to sprint, if I don't press my joystick at all I went my character not to move.
It doesn't sound that hard to me, but I can't figure it out, and the tip you gave didn't work as I hoped it did. ^^

    Anyone else knows a solution?

    Hmmm, it should work.

But I don't think minecraft registers it as a double tap or something because it's not like my character stops moving after I pass the 85%, and if I walk backwards after the 85% it stops moving because obviously the "w" activates.

However if I double tap my controller's stick it works, but that will be very annoying to do every time.

OK try removing the W release on the Deactivated Event and see if that would work.

If it still do not work then go into the game's option and assign the Sprint to another key on the keyboard if its possible and then assign the same to PGP instead of WW twice for sprint.

It didn't work, however it is working now.
Because there wasn't a pause between the 2 buttons it recorded it as 1 button.
    I put:
    Press W
    0.1 Pause
    Hold W

    Works perfect now.
Thanks for your help though, I now know how to make commands. ^_^

Yes that would've been my last answer to your next reply. Anyway glad you got it working for you.

These are things you have to keep trying until you get it right. Different games different options.

    I've got a small question, uhmm I don't think it's possible but.
Can I like configure the WASD Joystick so that only the "w" (joystick up) is effected by the double tap, because if I go over 85% down with the stick now it autoforces my char to walk forward. xD
I'm sure that if there is no solution I can get used to pressing the stick softly, but if there is a solution it's appreciated. Thanks for your help so far by the way.

Yep that is very easy indeed. Right where you added the Tilt Over 85% there is a little green radio button under it, just click on it once and you'll now be able to go only forward with the sprint.

    That was easy, eh!
