Hello,
I don't find any profiles for Stalker - Clear Sky, so I upload alternative version profile from Stalker - Call of Pripyat. Author: MrPoppins

"Profile I made for the 360 controller.
Make sure that the In-Game Sensitivity is set at Default.
Also, go to your Pinnacle Game Profiler Window, Click Preferences in the top Left of the Window. Make sure that you have "Apply Acceleration to Joystick Movements" Turned Off. Next, go to "Device Settings", also in your Preferences (Bottom right corner of Preferences window). Once in Device Settings, make sure your settings are at default."

The alternate pin below changes the Sprint function to toggle. (Press Left Stick to start Sprint, press again to stop Sprint)
