PS3 analogs not working

I am using Windows 7, and I have my controller connected via cable and i'm trying to play blacklight retribution, but with the config i've downloaded from the sight the analog sticks aren't working and my D-pad is acting as my left analog. Please help

Are you using MotionInJoy driver? I think you need to select a different mode on the MIJ menu.
