    Pinnacle refusing to load

I tried to launch my PGP and all I get is the loading screen, where it says initializing, then detecting game controllers, then the window disappears I get the icon at the bottom right task bar, but nothing happens, I cannot click on the icon, and nothing loads. I have tried reinstalling more times then I can count, I tried uninstalling with Revo Uninstaller to completely clean my system of it and reinstall it and nothing still, I cannot get anything more then that. The only thing it does after a 100% clean install is the same initializing window, then it asks to update the background profile, it goes through the controller setup, the disappears and nothing still. I came to the forums and checked what some others may have experienced, and I saw that you guys may need my Pinnacle log so here it is...

I couldn't find anything on that error code throughout your forums, and have yet to have the software working, I emailed the support website with my zipped %appdata% folder, and have not gotten a response, which led me to post on the websites forums, I know my drivers are completely up to date, and the same with all other software I keep (I'm pretty strict about keeping stuff like that updated.) and I have a pretty good extensive knowledge of computers, I am a builder and tech. The software was working about 2 weeks ago, then when I went to start it up recently, it updated and I got nothing.
So if someone could help me out I would greatly appreciate it, I LOVE Pinnacle, no other software even comes close to the complexity and that's why I purchased it. I have used it for some years now, and really want to get back to making profiles and playing games.

    Thanks
    Chris

shredderofdabc you did the correct thing by posting your error and also zipping your files and sending it by email to support@pinnaclegameprofiler.com
Rob will look into the matter and it should be resolved as soon as possible.
