How do you create sub categories of commands?

For example, I made a Diablo III profile including all the key binds for the emotes. What I would like to be able to do is nest the emotes in their own sub heading so as not to confuse someone who might want to re-bind my keys. I've seen this done in other profiles where all of the movement keys are under their own sub heading and all the action keys are under their own sub heading but for the life of me I can't figure out how to do this on my own. A little help please.

You can do it like this

    Emote > Go
    Emote > Bye
    Emote > Die
    Emote > Follow

Or you can also do it like this

    Emote > Emote Go
    Emote > Emote Bye

I hope you get it, its rather simple. Placing it that way will give you a sub heading. You must be in the Edit Commands by pressing F5 or clicking the Edit Command in the ToolBox to do this, or it won't be accomplished.

So it's all in how you name the commands?
