Jedi Academy - Right Joystick
Hey, sorry to be the third person posting about this but I seem to be having the same problem for what seems to be different reasons. I have read all of the other posts on this issue and tried all the solutions but no dice. Jedi Academy will simply not recognize my 360 controller. I have tried changing the path that Pinnacle reads it from (It used to launch from the JKA launcher and now does it from the multiplayer). When I enter the game the xbox controller is not recognized at all. The only way I can get it to work is if I go into the settings (inside the game) and turn on the recognize joystick option. Upon turning this option on the game recognizes the 360 controller, but will not allow me to map the right joystick (I am not sure if Pinnacle has anything to do with it at this point but it was the only way I could find a semi working solution). If anyone can help me fix this through either Pinnacle or even just give me a way to manually map the controller inside the game I would be extremely grateful. As of now I think im an expert on messing up the settings so if anyone has any more questions I can answer in full detail what I have tried. Thank you in advance for anyone willing to help.
EDIT: I forgot to include the fact that I am also using the default settings and the default profile that is automatically downloaded when the game is recognized by Pinnacle. After changing the path back to the launcher.exe Pinnacle seems to work fine for singleplayer but not multiplayer?
FilePath: C:\Program Files (x86)\LucasArts\Star Wars Jedi Knight Jedi Academy\JediAcademy.exe

I figured out the problem. For those who are bootcamping on a macbook pro like myself, you need to have a mouse plugged in for the right joystick to map correctly to the mouse. All works well now.
Good to know! Thanks for the feedback.
