PGP not responding after upgrading windows

I made an upgrade to my computer today from Windows XP to Windows 7, yesterday I was playing normally and everything when all right while running PGP on WinXP, now that I'm back on my game, PGP is not responding anymore (on Win7) I know that I can actually play this game with PGP, but I don't know what did I did wrong, I bought my licence just a few days ago.

Hi, Please go to START MENU > RUN and enter %APPDATA%\PowerUp Software\Pinnacle Game Profiler\ and ZIP all the files and folders there and send them to support@pinnaclegameprofiler.com
