How do I make a new post in the download / frontpage forums?

I have a couple of profiles that I figure I'd share. How do I make a new thread in the download/fronpage profiles forum? There is no top left button to do so. Thanks.

Hi, I'm glad you want to share your profiles! Please wait until later tonight or tomorrow as we are in the middle of a major transition... so currently new posts are disabled in the sharing section. After the transition (which will take a few hours) then the "front-page" profiles will go away and an "Upload" forum will be there instead where you can share!
