Run-Time error '13' Type Mismatch - Run-Time error '429 ActiveX Component can't creat

Hello,

Not sure if this has been addressed already but I have been getting these two errors ever since installing the latest version of Pinnacle Game Profiler.

How do I get to the log that we are supposed to show when we get these type of errors?

It appears that just after rebooting I get these errors but when I try to run it a second time its fine.

I saw someone else posted this same exact error. And you requested he send you his Pinnacle game files in a zip archive. I've done just that.

You should go to START MENU > RUN and enter %APPDATA%\PowerUp Software\Pinnacle Game Profiler\ then ZIP all the files and folders there and send them to support@pinnaclegameprofiler.com
