Guild Wars 2 help with profiler

Good profiler but having problems enabling GW1 profile for GW2:

I want to bind axis up and down on right analog stick to be "look up" when I move analog stick back and "Look down" when I move analog stick up. I can do turns but look up and look down seem to be non existant.

I also want to bind something to mouse roller scroll to zoom in and out, I saw those though. So yeah, how do I do look up and look down?

Also how do I make mouse NOT to disappear when I start GW2?
