keep getting annoying errors

every time I try to launch this program i get this error "run time error 13 type mismatch" then it gives me another error "run time error 429 activex component cant create object" How do I fix this?

Please go to START MENU > RUN and enter %APPDATA%\PowerUp Software\Pinnacle Game Profiler\ then ZIP all the files and folders there and send them to support@pinnaclegameprofiler.com
