Vague button descriptions and missing buttons

Hi, I'm trying to use PGP with my Afterglow Gamepad for Xbox 360 and it is not working out very well. I could explain it, but this picture will explain better than I can. More or less, the buttons are not labeled and it is missing trigger commands. Any ideas?

Looks like a driver issue Update To Official Xbox 360 Controller Drivers from microsoft through Device Manager, and it should resolve the problem.

Through Device Manager it says its up to date, just to make sure I went and downloaded the driver off microsoft, and it also said you already have this version installed.

Shacod please open PGP and click on Preferences > Device Settings > Advanced Settings > Show Wizard and make sure all buttons, analog sticks and triggers are being detected in the tester screen as PGP walks you through step by step.
