Well I don't have a profile for FFXI, but if you are trying to make one yourself, the best place to start is to read the step-by-step instructions in the HOW-TO section of Pinnacle Help. Just press F1 key on your keyboard to display help. If you run into any particular problems along the way, then let me know and I can try to help.
